The design for the Heritage Valley Area is to incorporate residential, commercial and recreational space into a suburban style area that is easy to traverse by foot and has low vehicle traffic. This will employ a fairly open street plan, with the copious use of loops and cul-de-sacs in the housing sections and crescents to move the flow of traffic through the sector.
