The Chapelle Area was established in 2008, and construction across this region has resulted in a number of desirable living spaces for residents who enjoy outdoor recreations.

Homes for sale in the Chapelle Area include single family dwellings as well as duplexes and town homes. These all enjoy ample lots with manicured landscaping and plentiful vegetation throughout the community.
